Our Story

We get our coffee beans from the north central region of the island of Sumatra, near Lake Toba in the Lintongnihuta region. These cluster of land are situated approximately 1400-1600 meters above sea level. The coffee beans grown there are then selectively chosen and eaten by Luwak (better known as Civet cats). Luwak amazingly chooses fully ripe coffee cherries based on it tastes and aromas, producing premium quality coffee beans. The result is a sweet taste with medium body, low acidity and an earthy, complex aroma.
